We want customers to understand our refund terms clearly before purchasing.
All purchases of digital courses, digital guides, PDFs, checklists, downloadable resources and other immediately accessible digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes, where applicable:
Because access to proprietary digital content is provided immediately following purchase, customers receive access to the educational materials straight away.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to complete the course, purchasing by mistake after checkout confirmation, or deciding that the product is no longer required.
This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We will review the transaction and correct any verified billing error.
All 1:1 private-session purchases are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
If a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or the client does not attend, the session may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement date. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, the amount paid for that session will be refunded.
If you purchase a digital product but experience difficulty accessing it, please contact us rather than repurchasing.
We will help resolve genuine access issues.
