These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products and services provided by NO BRAINER PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING CO. L.L.C.
By purchasing a product, accessing a course, downloading digital materials or booking a 1:1 session, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products may include online courses, lessons, videos, PDFs, shopping guides, checklists, skincare information and other educational materials.
Where lifetime access is stated, this refers to access for as long as the product continues to be hosted and supported by us on our chosen platform.
We reserve the right to improve, update, reorganize or replace course materials where appropriate.
All course content and digital materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Unless we expressly give written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, screen-record, download unauthorized copies, redistribute, share, resell, publish, upload, teach from, commercially exploit or make our course materials available to another person.
Your account and login details are for your individual use and may not be shared.
This restriction does not apply to any personal session recording or downloadable resource that we expressly provide to you for your own personal use.
Our makeup, beauty and skincare content is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Individual results may vary based on factors such as skin type, products used, application technique, individual preferences and other personal factors.
Nothing on our website or inside our products constitutes medical or dermatological advice.
If you have a medical skin condition, allergy, sensitivity or other health concern, please consult an appropriate qualified professional.
Where you purchase a private online session, the session will be delivered according to the description shown at the time of purchase.
For the current 1:1 offer, this may include a private live makeup class, personalized guidance, follow-up support and any additional materials specifically listed on the offer page.
Sessions are for the named purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1:1 sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session, may result in the session being forfeited.
All 1:1 session purchases are non-refundable except where we cancel the session and are unable to provide a suitable alternative date.
If we need to cancel your session, you will be offered either a new date or a refund for the affected session.
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the total amount before completing payment, including any optional add-ons or order bumps selected by you.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
All course content, videos, written materials, graphics, methods, guides, branding, training materials and other original content remain the intellectual property of NO BRAINER PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING CO. L.L.C or its licensors.
Purchasing a product gives you access to use the material personally. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
Testimonials shown on our website reflect the experiences of individual customers or students.
They are not guarantees that every purchaser will achieve the same results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our educational products or services.
You remain responsible for how you apply the information and techniques taught.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
